Jared Fenton, Chair
Mr. Fenton is Founder and President of The Reflect Organization. While at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Fenton produced the first-ever mixed-methods research examining the phenomenon of "Penn Face." Mr. Fenton has been honored by numerous mental health organizations for his work in the field, and he was awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award by Barack Obama. Mr. Fenton graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, with a BA in Political Science and a certificate from the Civic Scholars Program for Social Action and Civic Engagement.
Judith Saltzberg, PhD
Dr. Saltzberg is a lead instructor for the Penn Resilience Program at the University of Pennsylvania Positive Psychology Center. Her scholarly publications examine cognitive processes in depression and how individuals cope with stressors. Dr. Saltzberg has lectured internationally on Positive Psychology and cognitive therapy topics, and she has taught resilience skills to a wide range of populations, including college students, U.S. Army personnel, clinicians, and others. A Founding Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, Dr. Saltzberg maintains a private practice in the Philadelphia area. She earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dr. Saltzberg also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Penn Center for Cognitive Therapy.
Frank Pellicone, PhD
Dr. Pellicone is the House Dean and Chief Financial Officer of Harrison College House, the largest of the University of Pennsylvania's academic residences. As a member of the university's Student Intervention Services team and Critical Incident Stress Management team, Dr. Pellicone has extensive experience managing cases involving the mental and physical health of undergraduates, graduate students, and staff. Dr. Pellicone earned a BA in both English and Italian from Cornell University and a PhD in Italian Literature from Yale University.

William "Bill" Anderson
Mr. Anderson is CEO of WNA Capital, a private investment fund, and CEO of New Balance Philadelphia. Mr. Anderson also is a Chair of Vistage, an international advisory and executive coaching organization, and he is a start-up entrepreneur. Prior to forming WNA Capital, Mr. Anderson was Chief Marketing and Chief Merchandising Officer of Carrefour, a $135 billion French retailer with 9,000 stores in 30 countries. He received a BS from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Kenneth Ginsburg, MD
Dr. Ginsburg is a pediatrician specializing in Adolescent Medicine and the co-Director of The Center for Parent and Teen Communication at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He is also a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. The theme that ties together Dr. Ginsburg’s clinical practice, teaching, research, and advocacy efforts is that of building on the strength of teenagers by fostering their internal resilience. He received an MS. Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Edward Reitmeyer
Mr. Reitmeyer is Partner-in-Charge of the Tax & Business Services department at Marcum LLP in Philadelphia. He also chairs the Philadelphia Real Estate Services Group. Mr. Reitmeyer specializes in tax restructuring and compliance, asset management, and capital restructuring. Prior to joining Marcum, Mr. Reitmeyer served as President of Wynnewood Financial Partners, LLC, a consulting firm to real estate developers and investors of real estate. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Wynnewood Development, Inc. Mr. Reitmeyer graduated from La Salle University with a BS in Accounting and Finance.
Jeffrey Zudeck
Mr. Zudeck is the Regional Managing Partner at Marcum LLP in Philadelphia and a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He oversees tax, assurance, and advisory services to all Marcum clients in the region, and he is responsible for the operations and growth of the office. Prior to joining Marcum, Mr. Zudeck was CFO of a global investment banking firm. He also served as firm-wide Executive Partner, Executive Committee member, and regional Partner-in-Charge of a metropolitan New York area CPA firm. He graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Accounting.
